Not too long ago, I took maternity portraits for Roxanne and Dan almost two months before their little boy was to arrive! They had the prettiest snowy session at their home and I just loved getting to know these two! At the beginning of March, Roxanne was induced and their sweet baby boy, Benjamin, was here! I was so excited to learn what they named him and hearing all about how it felt to be parents! That first week of being new parents I think feels so long at the time and it’s just pure survival mode at that point and it can often seem like such a blur but that is such a precious time. I love getting newborn portraits taken for couples during those first few days home. Everything is still so new, you are trying to figure out what works for you & baby..oh I miss those days with Liam! The weirdest thing was going from “table for two” to “table for three please!” And when Nick and I look back, it’s so hard trying to remember what life was like before Liam and I think we can both agree, we love life more now especially with Liam in it! 🙂 It was so nice spending time with Roxanne, Dan & Ben! Thank you Bowman family for welcoming into you home again and spending these special moments with you three!! I can’t wait until the next time I get to see you all again!!
