Because I am a boy mama, I don’t get to enjoy the thrills & frills of pink and tutus. My life consists more of trucks, dirt and all things boy. So when I get the chance to be surrounded by lots of little girly things, jumping out of my seat is a bit of an understatement.

Christel’s sister, Michelle, had reached out to me that she was planning a baby shower for her sister who lives in Denver back in her home town, Cleveland. I could tell just from the emails how much love was going into this shower and she wanted it to be captured ever so perfectly. And I was absolutely honored they chose me to apart!

Walking into the Lakewood Country Club, not only was I blown away but how amazing the venue looked all set up for Christel’s special day, but by how warm and welcoming these ladies were to me. I was able to jump right in & get grooving for the portraits in no time.

Mama to be, Christel, looked absolutely radiant. She was 8 months pregnant to the day on her shower. She is due October 22 and I am very excited to see some posts of her sweet little gal when she posts on Instagram!
