Dana & Kyle are a past Magnolia couple and I was beyond thrilled to get to see them in this new season of their life – becoming parents! And not just to one little one, TWO! Dana is pregnant with twins, a boy & a girl! And I have to say – she looks AMAZING! 🙂

We started our session at a nearby park that is home to a bench that is very special to their family. After we started to walk back to our cars to head to the second location, the rain started to come down and I was praying that we would be able to drive through the rain and thankfully, it happened just that way! It rained on Kyle & Dana’s wedding day and their maternity session day too – and if it means good luck on your wedding day, I’m thinking it’s going to mean good luck with parenthood too! 😉

We got to the beach and we had a beautiful, soft sunset! The tide was a little higher than normal but the weather was perfect in every way and I found a few new favorite spots at one of my favorite local beaches so I was extremely excited to share their portraits!! The gentle breeze, Dana’s deep blue maternity dress and the soft sand just was EVERYTHIING! 🙂
